1.2 Accepting these Terms
By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclosure Policy, which explain how we use personal data, cookies and affiliate links.
1.3 Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Any term that is not fair or transparent under that Act will not bind you.
02Who can use the services
2.1 Age
The Services are intended for people aged 16 and over. If you are under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian is happy for you to use them.
2.2 Accounts
We do not currently offer user accounts on mohammedali.tv. If we introduce accounts or other features where you post content, we will update these Terms first.
03What we provide
3.1 Travel content
mohammedali.tv is a travel website. We publish:
- Travel vlogs and video content
- Travel stories, destination guides and reviews
- Travel tips and recommendations
- Links to booking sites and travel tools, some of which are affiliate links
3.2 Information only
Our content is for general information and entertainment. It is based on our own experiences and research at the time, which may not match your circumstances or current conditions. Some written content is produced with the help of AI tools; we label AI-written material where it appears.
3.3 Availability
The Services are free to use and are provided "as available". We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Services at any time. We will try to keep the Services running, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free from errors.
04Intellectual property
4.1 Our content
All videos, text, photographs, graphics, logos and the design of the Services belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Photographs from third-party libraries (such as Pexels) are credited and remain subject to their own licences.
4.2 What you may do
You may:
- View and use our content for your own personal, non-commercial use
- Share links to our pages and videos
- Embed our YouTube videos using YouTube's own embed tools
4.3 What you may not do
Unless we agree in writing, you may not:
- Copy, republish or sell substantial parts of our content
- Use our content for commercial purposes
- Remove copyright notices or credits
- Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content, including to train AI models
- Suggest that you are connected with or endorsed by us when you are not
4.4 Content you send us
If you send us comments, photos, tips or other material, you keep ownership of it. You give us a free, worldwide licence to use, edit and publish it in connection with the Services, and you confirm that you have the right to share it. We will credit you where reasonable, and we will not use your name in advertising without your permission.
05Using the services responsibly
When using the Services, you must not:
- Break any law or encourage anyone else to do so
- Send or post anything defamatory, hateful, harassing, threatening or obscene
- Send spam or unsolicited advertising
- Introduce viruses or other harmful code
- Try to gain unauthorised access to the Services, our systems or other people's data
- Overload or disrupt the Services, for example with automated requests
We may remove any material and block access to the Services if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken, and we may report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
06Travel information
6.1 Check before you travel
Travel information changes quickly. Prices, opening times, visa and entry rules, health requirements and safety conditions can change without notice. Before you travel, always check official sources, such as the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office travel advice at www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice and the official websites of the places and providers you plan to use.
6.2 Not professional advice
We are not a travel agent, tour operator, doctor, lawyer or financial adviser. Our content is not a substitute for professional advice. For medical, legal, visa, insurance or financial matters, please speak to a qualified professional. We strongly recommend suitable travel insurance for every trip.
6.3 Your decisions
You decide whether and how to travel. Travel carries risks, including changes to plans, health and safety risks and costs. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on our general content, except as set out in section 9.
07Affiliate links and advertising
7.1 How we earn money
The Services are free because we earn money from advertising and affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and buy something, we may receive a commission. This does not change the price you pay. Our Disclosure Policy lists the main programmes we take part in.
7.2 Our recommendations
We aim to recommend only products and services we think are useful. Commissions do not change our opinions, and we will not publish fake or misleading reviews. Adverts and affiliate links are labelled as described in our Disclosure Policy.
7.3 Bookings with third parties
When you book or buy through a link on our site, your contract is with the provider (for example a hotel, airline or activity company), not with us. Their terms, prices and cancellation rules apply, and any problem with the booking needs to be raised with them. We do not check prices or availability shown by third parties in real time.
08Other websites
The Services link to websites, apps and tools run by other people, including booking sites, YouTube and social networks. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Please read their terms and privacy policies before using them.
09Our liability to you
9.1 What we do not exclude
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
9.2 Free information
The Services are provided free of charge for general information. Subject to section 9.1, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your reliance on general content that you could reasonably have checked before acting, including travel costs, cancellations, or the acts and omissions of third-party providers you book with.
9.3 Foreseeable loss
Subject to section 9.1, we are only responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, and, if you use the Services for business purposes, we are not liable for loss of profit, business or opportunity.
9.4 Overall limit
Subject to section 9.1, and because the Services are free, our total liability to you in connection with the Services is limited to £100.
10Responsibility for misuse
If you are using the Services for business purposes, you agree to compensate us for reasonable losses and costs we suffer as a direct result of your breach of these Terms or your infringement of someone else's rights. If you are a consumer, this section does not apply, but you remain responsible for the foreseeable consequences of breaking these Terms.
11Privacy and cookies
We handle personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Protection Act 2018 (as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain what we collect, why, and your rights.
12Suspending or ending access
You can stop using the Services at any time, and you can unsubscribe from our newsletter using the link in every email. We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you break these Terms or if we need to for legal, security or technical reasons. Sections 4, 9, 10 and 15 continue to apply after your access ends.
13Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the law, our Services or how we work. We will show the date of the latest update at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will also give notice on the website, and newsletter subscribers will be told by email. Changes do not apply to anything that happened before they were published.
14Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, government action, war, terrorism, strikes, cyber attacks or failures of third-party services. We will take reasonable steps to limit the effect of such events.
15General
15.1 Whole agreement
These Terms, with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclosure Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services.
15.2 If part of these Terms is invalid
If a court decides that part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will continue to apply.
15.3 No waiver
If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
15.4 Transfer
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to someone else, for example if the Services are sold, provided this does not reduce your rights. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
15.5 Third parties
Nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
16Law and disputes
16.1 Talk to us first
If you have a complaint, please email [email protected] with "Complaint" in the subject line. We will acknowledge it within 7 working days and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
16.2 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of the place where you live. Consumers living elsewhere keep any mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence.
